- Prepare, submit, and raise Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) and Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) to get consultant approvals
- Issue Non Conformance Reports (NCRs) for incorrect site works and follow up to ensure correction and closure
- Inspect incoming site materials against approved material submittals and approve Goods Received Notes (GRNs)
- Coordinate with subcontractors to witness pressure testing, ductwork checks, and equipment commissioning
- Keep accurate, up to date daily logs of all inspections, NCRs, and site approvals
- Collect and organize final close out documents like O&M manuals, spare parts lists, and warranties
Requirements
- 4 6 years of experience in QA/QC for mechanical systems in construction
- Knowledge of HVAC, chilled water, plumbing, and drainage systems

Job Overview
- To handle day to day site inspections and quality control for all mechanical installations (HVAC, chilled water, plumbing, and drainage), ensuring everything matches project drawings and gets approved by the consultant.
Key Responsibilities
