- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with project and client requirements
- Lead QA/QC activities throughout engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases
- Ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001, ASME, API, ASTM, and relevant project specifications
- Manage quality inspections, audits, surveillance, and testing activities
- Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and quality documentation
- Monitor Non Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and root cause analysis
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and third party inspection agencies
- Lead and mentor QA/QC engineers and inspectors to ensure project quality objectives are achieved
- Prepare quality reports, KPIs, and project quality performance metrics
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and compliance with HSE and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10+ years of QA/QC experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry
- At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ASME, API, ASTM, and international quality standards
- Experience with EPC projects, fabrication, construction, and commissioning
- Professional certifications (Lead Auditor, CSWIP, NACE, API, ASQ, or equivalent) are an advantage

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead and oversee Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities for projects within the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industry.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with international quality standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement across project execution.

Skills
