- Develop and implement comprehensive inspection and testing plans for static and rotating equipment.
- Conduct thorough visual inspections and NDT on critical equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, and compressors.
- Review and approve material certifications, welding procedures, and fabrication documentation.
- Monitor fabrication and construction activities on site, identifying and rectifying deviations from approved drawings and quality requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in QA/QC for static and rotating equipment
- Knowledge of NDT methods and inspection techniques
- Ability to review material certifications and welding procedures
