Responsibilities
- Ensure all pipeline welding activities adhere to project specifications, international codes (API 1104, ASME IX), and client requirements.
- Conduct thorough visual inspections of weld preparations, joint fit ups, and completed welds.
- Oversee and verify NDT activities including RT, UT, and MT, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Review and approve welding procedures (WPS) and welder performance qualifications (WPQ).
Requirements
- Good experience in Cross Country Pipeline Projects (must)
- Knowledge of API 1104 and ASME IX codes
- Experience in visual inspection of welds and NDT oversight
