Work Experience
Experience coordinating inspections with consultants.
Experience reviewing material submittals, technical approvals, test reports, and inspection requests.
Experience issuing, managing, and closing NCRs, CAPA, and inspection requests.
Experience reducing rework and improving first-pass inspection outcomes.
Experience preparing weekly and monthly quality reports.
Language Proficiency
Fluent Arabic communication skills.
Good English communication skills, including technical reporting and correspondence.
Legal and Regulatory Requirements
Must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
Methodologies and Frameworks
Practical experience preparing and implementing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
Practical experience preparing and reviewing Method Statements.
Experience with NCR and CAPA processes.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management System principles.
Experience with root-cause analysis and preventive quality actions.
Experience maintaining quality records, inspection logs, and project quality documentation.
Physical Requirements
Able to conduct regular site inspections, walk construction sites, access different work areas, and work in an active construction environment.
