Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
  • 8+ years of professional experience in marketing, including proven experience in real estate marketing
  • Experience leading end-to-end marketing for real estate project launches, including go-to-market and opening campaigns
  • Hands-on experience in digital and performance marketing with measurable optimization of CPL and CPA
  • Experience in market research and competitor benchmarking for project positioning
  • Hands-on experience using Odoo CRM and managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
  • Native Arabic proficiency and business-fluent English proficiency
  • Saudi nationality
  • Ability to join within 30 days or less
  • Experience designing and optimizing lead generation funnels and customer journeys from awareness to conversion
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams to align marketing with sales targets and conversion goals
  • Experience presenting marketing performance and strategy to executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Retail marketing experience
  • Google Ads Search Certification or equivalent
  • Meta Certified Media Buying Professional or equivalent Meta Blueprint certification
  • CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) certification or equivalent
