About the Role
CSCEC Steel Industries is hiring a QA/QC Engineer for steel structure projects in Riyadh. The role requires 2-3 years of experience with main contractors or steel structure contractors in Saudi Arabia, knowledge of Saudi quality regulations, and familiarity with quality documentation.

Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor quality assurance and control procedures for steel structure projects
- Ensure compliance with Saudi quality regulations and project specifications
- Prepare and manage quality documentation including ITPs, Method Statements, Material Submittals, NCRs, and CARs
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and third party inspection agencies
- Conduct welding and coating inspections
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of experience with Main Contractors or Steel Structure Contractors in Saudi Arabia
- Solid experience in steel structure fabrication and erection projects
- Strong knowledge of Saudi quality regulations including SBC, Royal Commission Standards, ARAMCO/SEC/SWCC quality requirements, and ISO 9001
- Familiar with ITPs, Method Statements, Material Submittals, NCRs, CARs, and quality documentation management
- Good understanding of welding inspection, coating inspection, and structural steel quality control processes
- Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, and third party inspection agencies
- Strong communication and reporting skills in English

- Currently based in Saudi is much preferred.
