Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site safety inspections, identify hazards, and ensure compliance with project HSE standards
- Prepare and maintain safety files, inspection records, incident/accident reports, risk assessments, and emergency response plans
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and Saudi local authorities during safety audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
- Monitor work activities, enforce safety procedures, and ensure proper use of PPE and safe working practices
- Support toolbox talks, safety inductions, and on site HSE awareness programs
- Assist in sourcing and arranging ad hoc materials required for workshop or site safety operations
Requirements
- Saudi National (mandatory)
- Native level English; Arabic proficiency preferred
- Minimum 2 years of HSE experience in steel structure, fabrication workshops, or civil construction sites within the Middle East
- NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or equivalent safety qualifications (preferred)
- Strong understanding of Saudi HSE laws, regulations, and compliance procedures
- Solid execution capability and proactive safety mindset
- Excellent communication and coordination skills

- CSCEC Steel Industries L.L.C. is seeking a Saudi National HSE Officer to support safety management on steel structure construction projects in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Site Safety Inspection: Conduct routine safety patrols, identify hazards, and ensure compliance with project HSE standards.
