Manage quality assurance and quality control activities for pipeline and utility infrastructure projects.
Ensure work meets project specifications, applicable standards, and client requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2–5 years of QA/QC experience in pipeline or mechanical infrastructure projects.
- UAE QA/QC experience is required.
- Knowledge of relevant TAQA, ADNOC, and ISO standards.
- Strong experience in documentation, inspections, and reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement QA/QC plans, ITPs, checklists, and method statements for pipeline works.
- Inspect excavation, pipe laying, welding, backfilling, hydrotesting, and reinstatement.
- Coordinate inspections and approvals with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Review material approvals, calibration certificates, and third-party test reports.
- Issue NCRs, maintain QA/QC logs, and prepare site quality reports.
- Maintain documentation for audits and final project handover.
- Ensure compliance with TAQA, ADNOC, Municipality standards, and project specifications.
- Monitor site activities for workmanship and safety compliance.
