Role Overview
Manage and deliver HDPE and ductile iron pipeline infrastructure projects.
The role covers project delivery from mobilization through completion and handover.
Location and Workplace
- The role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Work location is in person.
Project Responsibilities
- Manage projects from mobilization through completion and handover.
- Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Monitor progress, schedules, productivity, costs, and resources.
- Lead engineers, supervisors, foremen, QA/QC, HSE, and site teams.
Pipeline Construction
- Manage HDPE and ductile iron pipeline installation, testing, tie-ins, excavation, laying, and reinstatement.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, punch-list clearance, and final handover.
Coordination and Compliance
- Handle client and consultant meetings, approvals, inspections, and technical queries.
- Follow up on NCRs, observations, and consultant comments.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, HSE requirements, and ADNOC or TAQA standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of pipeline construction experience.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Strong experience in HDPE and ductile iron pipeline projects.
- ADNOC project experience is mandatory.
- TAQA project experience is advantageous.
Skills
- Strong client and consultant handling experience.
- Knowledge of project planning, QA/QC, HSE, permit to work, and construction management.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
