Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain Quality Control and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) for piling and shoring activities
- Conduct inspections of reinforcement, materials, boreholes, cages, and concrete works
- Monitor piling operations including bored piles, CFA piles, sheet piling, secant piles, diaphragm walls, and related foundation works
- Coordinate material testing, concrete sampling, cube testing, and review test results
- Prepare, submit, and maintain quality documentation including inspection requests, checklists, test reports, method statements, NCRs, and daily quality reports
- Ensure all site activities comply with project specifications, consultant requirements, and relevant international standards
- Identify non conformances, issue NCRs, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and site teams to obtain inspection approvals
- Participate in internal quality audits and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain records and documentation for project handover and quality closeout
Requirements
- Experience in civil site and quality assurance in piling and shoring works
- Knowledge of quality control processes and relevant international standards
- Ability to coordinate material testing and review test results
- Experience with inspection requests, checklists, test reports, method statements, NCRs, and daily quality reports

Job Overview
