Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of NDRC (Micro Tunneling) projects from planning and mobilization through execution, testing, commissioning, and handover
- Manage project delivery to ensure compliance with project scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements
- Oversee site operations, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, utility authorities, and stakeholders to secure approvals, permits, and NOCs
- Ensure compliance with requirements of RTA, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and other relevant authorities
- Develop and monitor project schedules, resource plans, budgets, and progress reports
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage project documentation, contractual correspondence, and stakeholder communications
- Lead interface management activities where NDRC works interact with existing infrastructure and utility corridors
- Ensure adherence to HSE standards and industry best practices throughout project execution
Requirements
- Experience in NDRC (Micro Tunneling) project management
- Strong track record in planning, executing, and delivering NDRC works within the UAE
- Experience with RTA, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and other utility authorities
- Ability to manage project delivery ensuring compliance with scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety
- Experience overseeing site operations, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams

Job Overview

- The successful candidate will have a strong track record in planning, executing, and delivering NDRC (Non Disruptive Road Crossing) / Micro Tunneling works within the UAE, particularly on projects involving RTA, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and other utility authorities.
