- Implement and maintain the project's Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) system
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and applicable standards
- Prepare, review, and submit Inspection Requests (IRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), and related QA/QC documentation
- Review material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements from a quality perspective
- Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and subcontractors
- Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with project quality requirements
- Identify non conformance issues, issue NCRs where necessary, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test reports, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, and consultants to resolve quality related issues
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations and project specifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as a QA/QC Engineer on construction projects
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, MIRs, IRs, WIRs, material approvals, and project documentation
- Good understanding of UAE construction standards and consultant inspection procedures
- Proficiency in using quality documentation tools, report writing, and basic MS Office and project management software
- Valid UAE Driving Licence is an advantage

Overview
- We are currently seeking a QA/QC Civil Engineer to join our project team in the UAE.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are carried out in compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, applicable standards, and quality management procedures.

- Prior experience in concrete repair, structural strengthening, or similar technical services is an advantage.
- Valid UAE Driving Licence is an advantage.
