- Implement and monitor site HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with UAE health and safety regulations and project HSE requirements.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training for site personnel.
- Monitor work permits for high risk activities, including hot works, confined space entry, lifting operations, and working at height.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure all workers use the required PPE and follow safe work practices.
- Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, risk assessments, and safety documentation.
- Coordinate with project management, subcontractors, consultants, and clients on safety matters.
- Promote a proactive safety culture across the project.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as a Construction Safety Officer
- Valid NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory
- Knowledge of UAE construction HSE regulations and industry best practices
- Experience conducting site inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits
- Strong communication, reporting, and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Job Overview
