About the Role

- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of project quality management systems
- Prepare and implement quality plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and quality procedures
- Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
- Monitor site activities and verify that work is performed according to approved procedures
- Identify quality issues and support corrective and preventive action processes
- Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation
- Participate in internal and external quality audits
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients on quality related matters
- Ensure compliance with applicable international standards and project requirements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote a quality focused culture across the project
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of relevant QA/QC experience in building, infrastructure, and communication projects
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in QMS establishment, operation, and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of international quality standards and quality management principles
- Proven ability to develop and implement quality systems, quality plans, work procedures, and inspection plans
- Experience in quality inspections, audits, documentation, and compliance monitoring
- Registered Lead Auditor with IRCA certification is preferred
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- High proficiency in written and spoken English
