Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the project's Quality Management System (QMS)
- Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality standards
- Prepare and review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), quality procedures, and checklists
- Conduct inspections of materials, workmanship, and completed works
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for inspections and approvals
- Raise and close Inspection Requests (IRs) and Material Inspection Requests (MIRs)
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project quality requirements
- Identify non conformities (NCRs) and initiate corrective and preventive actions
- Maintain quality records, reports, test results, and inspection documentation
- Review material submittals, method statements, and technical documents
- Ensure all testing activities are carried out according to project specifications and standards
- Monitor concrete works, steel works, finishing works, and other construction activities for quality compliance
Requirements
- Experience in QA/QC for construction projects
- Knowledge of quality management systems and procedures
- Ability to prepare and review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
- Experience with material inspections and approvals
- Familiarity with construction activities (concrete, steel, finishing)

Job Overview
