Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System
- Review project specifications, method statements, ITPs, and quality procedures related to piling works
- Conduct inspections of piling activities including bored piles, driven piles, CFA piles, sheet piling, and micropiles
- Verify pile locations, dimensions, reinforcement cages, concrete quality, and installation procedures
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and clients for inspections and approvals
- Monitor pile testing activities including static load tests, dynamic load tests, integrity tests, and cross hole sonic logging
- Prepare and submit inspection requests and material approval requests
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test reports, and non conformance reports
- Ensure calibration of testing and surveying equipment
- Identify quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Monitor concrete pouring activities and review concrete test results
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and project quality requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3–10 years of experience in QA/QC for piling, foundation, or geotechnical projects
- Knowledge of international standards such as ASTM, BS Standards, ACI, Eurocodes
- Familiarity with pile testing methods and geotechnical reports
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems

Job Overview

- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test reports, and non conformance reports (NCRs).
- Ensure calibration of testing and surveying equipment.
- Identify quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor concrete pouring activities and review concrete test results.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and project quality requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 3–10 years of experience in QA/QC for piling, foundation, or geotechnical projects.
- Knowledge of international standards such as ASTM, BS Standards, ACI, Eurocodes, and local authority requirements.
- Familiarity with pile testing methods and geotechnical reports.
