Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, utilizing various platforms and tools to ensure we attract top talent that aligns with our company culture.
  • Facilitate comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring they receive the necessary training and resources to integrate smoothly into the company.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that comply with local labor laws and promote a fair workplace.
  • Conduct regular employee performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to foster professional growth and development.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives through organizing team building activities and wellness programs, designed to enhance morale and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop relevant programs that support employee skill enhancement and career progression.
