- 10+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- 3+ years of experience leading AI/ML testing initiatives.
Testing Leadership
- Lead end-to-end test strategy, planning, and execution for AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Define testing frameworks covering functional, data, model, performance, security, and integration testing.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to validate AI model accuracy, reliability, and business outcomes.
Quality Governance
- Drive test automation, defect management, quality governance, and release readiness in Agile delivery environments.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise quality standards and AI governance requirements.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to QA teams.
