Must Have
- Lead a data governance or data strategy program end to end for a large asset-intensive or regulated business as the accountable client-facing lead.
- Write an investment business case that survives finance and executive review using measured evidence rather than estimates.
- Facilitate discussions involving a CIO, program managers, enterprise architects, and maintenance leaders.
Preferred
- Utility, transmission, or energy sector background, including understanding of how regulated funding cycles work.
- Working knowledge of asset data in Maximo and SAP environments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the accountable, client-facing lead for an end-to-end data governance or data strategy program.
- Develop evidence-based investment business cases for finance and executive review.
- Facilitate alignment among CIOs, program managers, enterprise architects, and maintenance leaders.
