Responsibilities
- Review Engineering Specifications, Material requisitions, Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) and vendor documents for LLI’s
- Perform Pre inspection meetings
- Prepare Project specific procedures, Inspection and Test plans (ITP) and Work Instructions
- Coordinate for 3rd party audits and act as Lead auditor for project, subcontractor, and vendor audits
- Lead closing of NCR’s and CAR’s
- Prepare documents for Technical query and Technical deviation request
Requirements
- Working experience in various piping and pipeline projects in Oil and Gas sector
- Familiarized with Project codes, specification, and International standards
- Technical ability to review Engineering Specifications, Material requisitions, Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) and vendor documents for LLI’s
- Experience to perform Pre inspection meeting
- Experience in preparation of Project specific procedures, Inspection and Test plans (ITP) and Work Instructions
- Thorough Knowledge in welding and welding processes including Cross country pipeline work
- Able to handle static and rotating equipment
- Coordinate for 3rd party audits and act as Lead auditor to perform project, subcontractor, and vendor audits
- Lead role in closing of NCR’s and CAR’s
