Labcorp is seeking a QA Engineer to support quality assurance across Salesforce and integrated enterprise applications.

Requirements and Quality Analysis
- Analyze user stories, business requirements, solution designs, and acceptance criteria from a QA perspective.
- Identify requirement gaps, edge cases, dependencies, and quality risks early in the software development lifecycle.
- Work with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Developers to clarify expected behavior.
Testing and Automation
- Develop and maintain test plans, scenarios, test cases, test data, and test execution documentation.
- Perform functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, and negative testing for Salesforce and related enterprise systems.
- Test Salesforce processes, Flows, validation rules, objects, fields, permissions, profiles, record types, and configurations.
- Create and maintain reusable automated regression tests using Copado Robotic Testing.
Integrations and Data
- Test integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications, including APIs, middleware, scheduled processes, and inbound or outbound interfaces.
- Perform data migration and validation testing covering mapping, record counts, completeness, accuracy, transformation, synchronization, and exception handling.
- Identify, document, and track defects with reproduction steps, severity, evidence, and business impact.
Agile Collaboration
- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demonstrations, and retrospectives.
- Provide QA estimates, status updates, and quality risks to delivery teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve QA processes, automation, regression coverage, defect prevention, and software quality.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer.
- At least 3 years of experience testing Salesforce applications on Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
- At least 2 years of experience in functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, and negative testing.
- At least 2 years of experience in test automation, data migration or validation testing, and Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Preferred Qualifications and Certifications
- Experience testing REST/SOAP APIs and integration platforms is preferred.
- Experience with Jira, Salesforce DevOps processes, and version-control practices is preferred.
- Salesforce, ISTQB, ASTQB, CSTE, CSQA, or CQSE certifications are listed.
