QA Engineer

As a QA Engineer at Osmos.ai, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our products across the software development lifecycle.

You will work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to validate features, identify defects, improve testing processes, and ensure seamless product releases in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

• Design, create, and execute detailed test cases and test plans
• Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and exploratory testing
• Identify, document, track, and validate defects through resolution
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure quality standards
• Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, and release validation
• Support automation testing initiatives and improve test coverage where applicable
• Validate product performance, usability, and reliability across environments
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing frameworks

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes
