Role Overview
Corpay is seeking a QA Automation Manager for its Corporate Payments and Corpay Cross Border business in Toronto.
The manager works with QA, Development, and Product Management teams and has QA Automation Specialists as direct reports.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage, train, mentor, assign work to, and provide feedback for QA Automation Specialists.
- Review applications, regression cases, pull requests, and automation priorities.
- Develop and maintain UI, API, integration, performance, and scalability automation frameworks and suites.
- Integrate automated tests into CI pipelines and maintain the automation backlog.
- Investigate test-automation issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
- Maintain test-case management tools and integrations with Jira and automation software.
- Lead AI-driven testing strategies for web, mobile, API, cloud, and AI-enabled applications.
- Evaluate AI-powered testing for intelligent generation, self-healing automation, predictive defect detection, and risk-based testing.
- Use AI-generated analytics, test metrics, and defect trends to improve quality and testing efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3 to 5 years of management experience leading automation efforts and 8 or more years of test-automation experience are required.
