The QA Analyst II will bring experience with testing software, requirements gathering, training users, and functional testing.

Test and support applications in a global software platform (Salesforce) and various other corporate systems, tools, and scripts
Collaborate with other internal groups to translate business and functional requirements into technical implementation for the automation of existing processes and the development of new applications
Communicate with internal customers in non-technical terms, understand business requirements, and propose solutions
Work on projects from specification gathering, to development, to QA, user acceptance testing, and deployment to production
Participate in meetings and organize work and/or training sessions around new software being introduced into the ICE technology environment
Document changes and author documentation on software functionality
Enhances team and coworkers through knowledge sharing and implementing best practices in day to day activities
Takes initiative to continually learn and enhance technical knowledge and skills

Knowledge and Experience

3+ Years of experience testing all phases of QA efforts required to successfully execute medium & large enterprise Salesforce implementation projects.
Experience testing (manual) Salesforce Projects using Agile Scrum methodology.
Experience with GenAI testing
Experience with Salesforce AI solution including Agentforce, Einstein Trust Layer, Data Cloud etc.
Must have experience in planning, preparing, and executing functional, integration and user acceptance testing, including end-to-end test scenarios across multiple systems.
Experience in Salesforce administration or Salesforce QA testing.
Must have effective communication skills to share testing knowledge and test strategy in a collaborative atmosphere to lead and influence positive quality results among other test teams.
Must have experience in developing test cases and managing all aspects of software testing and defect management (manage defect calls).
Verify that fixes for defects and new features work as expected and do not cause regressions in affected areas.
Ability to work in a collaborative team-oriented environment.

Exposure to Agile methodologies and working/hands on knowledge in JIRA or any test management tool.
Nice to have automation testing experience.
Nice to have AI testing experience.
