Role Overview
- We've partnered with an early stage stealth mode fintech startup (with great funding) that are building a fully automated/AI powered trading system for real world prediction markets (think Polymarket but with a real B2B focus).
- This company are brand new to Dubai and they're now building their team from scratch starting with multiple Python Engineers to join their founding team here in the region.
Requirements
- 2+ years' commercial experience with Python (alongside AI coding tools like Windsurf or Cursor).
- Startup mindset/experience and comfortable building from scratch (0 1 building).
- A strong understanding of either AWS, GCP or Azure.
- Proven commercial experience in a quant / trading role, although fintech experience more generally also works.
- Someone who's already here within the UAE (ideally).
Additional Notes
- The product involves prediction markets (betting on real world events) and is therefore non Sharia compliant.
