About the Role

Responsibilities
- Operate PWHT equipment including electrical resistance heating systems and temperature recorders
- Execute post weld heat treatment activities in accordance with approved WPS and PWHT procedures
- Control heating, soaking, and cooling cycles according to engineering requirements
- Install thermocouples and monitor temperature distribution during heat treatment
- Record and maintain accurate heat treatment temperature charts and logs
- Coordinate with welding and QC teams during hold and witness points
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PWHT operations in oil & gas or petrochemical projects
- Experience in ASME or ADNOC project environments highly preferred
- Basic understanding of welding procedures (WPS) and heat treatment requirements
- Ability to read technical instructions and reports in English
