About the Role

- Collect and analyze the competitive situation in the inspection market, study competitors' strategies, and adjust sales strategies
- Maintain and develop cooperative relationships with relevant government departments, large enterprises, and other potential key customers
- Establish and keep close contacts with local partners to ensure obtaining the latest market demands and policy directions
- Shoulder the sales tasks set by the company, formulate and implement quarterly and annual sales plans
- Take the lead in the bidding, quotation, negotiation, and contract signing processes for inspection service projects
- Manage and serve major customers, including solving problems and handling contract modifications and price adjustments
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with the regulations of the host country and relevant international standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above; priority for marketing, business management, non destructive testing, or related fields
- Proficient in using Russian and English for work related communication
- 3 5 years of sales experience, with relevant work experience in oil and gas field inspection, measurement, calibration, corrosion, etc.
- Familiar with the operation mode, regulatory standards, and market demands of the inspection service industry
- Excellent customer relationship management and negotiation skills
- Strong market acumen and analytical abilities
- Ability to independently prepare and explain highly technical proposals and bidding documents
- Outstanding project management capabilities

Key Responsibilities
- Market Development and Strategic Planning: Develop new inspection businesses according to the market environment, laws and regulations of the host country, and the company's global strategy.
- Collect and analyze the competitive situation in the inspection market, study competitors' strategies, and promptly adjust the company's own sales strategies and tactics.
- Customer Relationship Management and Government Relationship Building: Maintain and develop cooperative relationships with relevant government departments, large enterprises, and other potential key customers.
- Establish and keep close contacts with local partners to ensure obtaining the latest market demands and policy directions.
- Sales Target and Plan Formulation: Shoulder the sales tasks set by the company, formulate and implement quarterly and annual sales plans to achieve the established revenue and profit goals.
- Analyze the local market potential in the host country, forecast sales figures, track sales progress, and ensure the successful completion of sales targets.
- Customer Project Management and Risk Control: Take the lead in the bidding, quotation, negotiation, and contract signing processes for inspection service projects.
- Manage and serve major customers, including solving problems they encounter during the use of inspection services, and handling contract modifications and price adjustments.
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with the regulations of the host country and relevant international standards, manage sales risks, and ensure the healthy and stable growth of the business.
Job Requirements
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or above. Priority will be given to candidates majoring in marketing, business management, non destructive testing, or related fields. Those holding inspection qualification certificates from international authoritative institutions are preferred.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in using Russian and English for work related communication and interaction.
