What your day could look likeAs a Purchasing Officer, you'll help keep critical health services running smoothly by ensuring purchasing and supply processes are efficient, reliable and customer-focused. From supporting stakeholders with their procurement needs to strengthening supply outcomes across the organisation, you'll work with a connected team that contributes to better experiences for patients, staff and communities.Every day, you'll contribute by:Delivering timely purchasing, inventory and contract support that helps teams access the resources they need.Building trusted relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to provide advice, resolve issues and improve service outcomes.Monitoring purchasing activities and financial processes to maintain accuracy, compliance and value for money.Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve performance and support contemporary procurement practices.Let's talk about you!You're someone who combines strong commercial awareness with a genuine commitment to customer service.
