Operations Specialist, Digital Infrastructure

Digital Metro North is the technology and digital delivery arm of Metro North Health, Australia's largest hospital and health service. The team works closely with clinicians and partners including eHealth Queensland to deliver the systems, infrastructure and support that enable safe, high-quality patient care every day.Driving a significant digital transformation agenda, Digital Metro North is currently implementing the integrated electronic Medical Record (ieMR) across the health service, delivering major digital initiatives under the Queensland Government's Hospital Rescue Plan, and executing the three-year Digital Delivery Plan. These programs are shaping a connected, digital-first healthcare environment that supports new models of care, improves patient outcomes and enhances clinician experience.About the RoleReporting to the Manager, Digital Infrastructure you will provide high-level technical expertise in the maintenance, support and optimisation of digital and Information Communication Technology (ICT) services across diverse systems and platforms.
