Role Overview
The hotel is hiring an experienced Purchasing Officer in Dubai.
The role supports purchasing across F&B, housekeeping, engineering, and hotel operating supplies.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hotel purchasing experience in Dubai or the UAE.
- Existing relationships with hotel and F&B suppliers in the UAE.
- Knowledge of supplier sourcing, quotations, price comparisons, negotiations, credit terms, LPOs, and receiving procedures.
- Ability to source competitive products while maintaining quality and cost control.
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
- A valid UAE driving licence and own car are mandatory.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Source and purchase supplies for F&B, housekeeping, engineering, and hotel operations.
- Obtain quotations and compare prices from suppliers.
- Negotiate supplier pricing and credit terms.
- Manage LPOs and receiving procedures.
- Source competitive products while maintaining quality and cost control.
- Manage relationships with hotel and F&B suppliers in the UAE.
