Front Office Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide basic information with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Manage check-in and check-out, including identity verification, room availability, key cards, and invoices.
- Handle reservations received through phone, email, and online systems.
- Provide room-rate, facility, cancellation, and schedule-change information.
- Resolve guest complaints and special requests or refer them to the relevant department.
- Provide information about local attractions, public transportation, and restaurants.
- Record transactions, prepare daily reports, and update guest data.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and security departments.
- Record, securely store, and arrange the return of lost and found items.
- Operate the hotel telephone system and handle incoming, outgoing, internal, and emergency calls.
Requirements
- Hindi language proficiency is required.

- The role is performed in person.
