- Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and procurement costs
- Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and project specifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as a Purchasing Officer in a contracting/construction company
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and procurement processes in the UAE
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP procurement systems
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
