About the Role

- Manage purchasing activities for raw materials, packaging, equipment, and operational supplies
- Source new suppliers and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement
- Compare quotations and ensure cost effective purchasing decisions
- Coordinate with production, operations, and finance departments
- Prepare and submit monthly purchasing and expense reports
- Analyze company expenses and identify cost saving opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of purchasing/procurement experience
- Experience in food production or bakery industry preferred
- Experience with Odoo ERP preferred
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting
- Ability to prepare monthly expense and procurement reports
- UAE driving license is an advantage

Hiring: Purchasing Manager – Papillon Cake (Dubai)
- Papillon Cake is looking for an experienced and proactive Purchasing Manager to join our team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchasing activities for raw materials, packaging, equipment, and operational supplies.

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
