- Manage purchasing activities for raw materials, packaging, equipment, and operational supplies
- Source new suppliers and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement to avoid production delays
- Compare quotations and ensure cost effective purchasing decisions
- Coordinate with production, operations, and finance departments
- Prepare and submit monthly purchasing and expense reports to management
- Analyze company expenses and identify cost saving opportunities
- Ensure all purchases meet company quality standards and requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of purchasing/procurement experience (food production or bakery industry preferred)
- Experience with Odoo ERP is preferred
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting
- Ability to prepare accurate monthly expense and procurement reports
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- UAE driving license is an advantage

Job Overview
- Papillon Cake is looking for an experienced and proactive Purchasing Manager to join our team in Dubai.
