Role Overview
Oversee end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations for hotel operations.
Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, food and beverage inventory, operating supplies, equipment, and vendor services.
Secure quality goods and services at competitive pricing while maintaining stock levels, compliance, and hotel profitability.
Departmental Leadership and Sourcing
- Lead, train, and manage purchasing, receiving, and storeroom personnel.
- Develop and maintain procurement SOPs aligned with company standards and internal audit guidelines.
- Build supplier relationships through audits, quality reviews, and price benchmarking.
Procurement and Negotiation
- Manage purchasing across Food and Beverage, Rooms Division, Engineering, Spa, and Administrative departments.
- Conduct competitive bids, tender analyses, and contract negotiations for supplies, capital expenditures, and services.
- Monitor market trends, price changes, and seasonal variations to optimise purchase timing and costs.
