Role Overview
The Purchasing Manager will lead and oversee the Company's purchasing function.
The role is responsible for timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services, supplier relationships, procurement systems, controls, and operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the purchasing function and oversee the end-to-end procurement process.
- Supervise and guide the Purchasing Specialist.
- Review and approve purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and contracts.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and monitor supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, authority limits, contracts, and regulatory obligations.
- Monitor purchasing KPIs, service levels, reporting, supplier onboarding, due diligence, and documentation.
- Implement process improvements and support internal and external audits.
