Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator

StyleKorean Inc., operated by SILICON2 Co., Ltd., is a global distributor of Korean beauty products, offering a wide range of skincare, makeup, and beauty brands to international markets.

We work closely with brand partners and global retail partners to bring high-quality K-Beauty products to consumers worldwide.

As our U.S. operations continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support our purchasing and inventory operations.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining efficient purchasing processes and supporting smooth supply chain operations.

• Place and manage purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to maintain optimal stock availability
• Support purchasing processes and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency
• Communicate with vendors, headquarters, and internal teams regarding purchasing status and order updates
• Prepare and maintain purchasing reports, documentation, and related records
• Assist with inventory tracking and purchasing data management
• Support general purchasing and supply chain coordination as needed

• Associate’s degree or equivalent (Business, Supply Chain, or related field)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing, inventory management, or related fields
• Strong organizational and communication skills
