Responsibilities
- Place purchase orders as needed
- Maintain accurate delivery information for p/o’s in our ERP system
- Research any p/o or invoice discrepancies
- Work with suppliers to expedite orders as needed
- Complete vendor returns
- Follow all departmental procedures for placing p/o’s
- Generate and maintain reports as needed
- Complete other miscellaneous projects
Desired Experience
Operations Management, Purchasing, or Supply Chain majors Preferred
Available full-time 40 hours during summer and part-time during the school year
Minimum of 2 years college completion
Must be hard-working, responsible, and reliable
Must be able to think critically to solve daily issues
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
