New pay starting at $20-$24 hour.

Shift Available
- 3rd Shift Monday to Friday 10PM to 6:30AM
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of production tasks, including assembly, material handling, machine setup, press or paint line operation, welding, testing, and quality control.
- Move, stage, and transport materials and products within the plant or warehouse using forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
- Assist in machine setup, including building arbors and preparing equipment for production use.
- Receive, inspect, unload, and properly store incoming shipments; verify accuracy and report damaged or defective items.
- Support quality control efforts by inspecting products and reporting any defects or discrepancies.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas; perform general housekeeping as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure safe, efficient, and quality production and warehouse operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0–6 months prior experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and banding tools; required OSHA safety training.
- Forklift and crane license.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods.
- Basic math, computer, and tape measure reading skills.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions, production orders, or bills of material.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safety protocols and quality standards.

Responsabilidades
- Realizar una variedad de tareas de producción, incluyendo ensamblaje, manejo de materiales, configuración de máquinas, operación de prensas o líneas de pintura, soldadura, pruebas y control de calidad.
- Mover, organizar y transportar materiales y productos dentro de la planta o almacén utilizando montacargas, grúas, transpaletas y otros equipos.
- Ayudar en la configuración de máquinas, incluyendo la construcción de arboles (arbors) y la preparación del equipo para su uso en producción.
- Recibir, inspeccionar, descargar y almacenar adecuadamente los envíos entrantes; verificar la exactitud y reportar materiales dañados o defectuosos.
- Apoyar los esfuerzos de control de calidad mediante la inspección de productos y el reporte de defectos o discrepancias.
- Mantener las áreas de trabajo limpias y organizadas; realizar tareas generales de limpieza según sea necesario.
- Colaborar con compañeros de equipo y supervisores para alcanzar los objetivos operativos diarios.
- Realizar otras tareas asignadas para garantizar operaciones de producción y almacén seguras, eficientes y de calidad.
Requisitos
- Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente.
- De 0 a 6 meses de experiencia previa en almacén, manufactura o manejo de materiales (preferido).
- Capacidad para operar montacargas, grúas, transpaletas y herramientas de flejado; se requiere capacitación de seguridad OSHA.
- Licencia de montacargas y grúa.
- Capacidad física para levantar hasta 50 libras y realizar tareas repetitivas mientras permanece de pie por períodos prolongados.
- Conocimientos básicos de matemáticas, computación y lectura de cinta métrica.
- Buena coordinación mano-ojo y aptitud mecánica (deseable).
- Atención al detalle y capacidad para seguir instrucciones escritas, órdenes de producción o listas de materiales.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
- Compromiso con los protocolos de seguridad y los estándares de calidad.
