Purchasing Assistant

ABOUT YOU We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive , with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience in a purchasing, procurement, inventory or administration role is desirable
• Experience using Microsoft 365, Monday.com, Shopify and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with orders, stock and system data
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stores, Purchasing and other internal teams
• Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong numerical and administrative skills
• The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving purchasing and stock-related issues
• A reliable and collaborative approach
• The willingness to learn, take initiative and get involved
