Accounts Payable Officer

Nutrition Warehouse is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team at our Corporate Head Office in Coomera.

This is a hands-on AP role where you'll manage a high volume of transactions, work closely with suppliers and internal teams, and play an important part in keeping our accounts accurate and our suppliers paid on time.

THE ROLE You'll be responsible for the day-to-day processing and management of Accounts Payable, including:

• Processing a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
• Matching invoices against purchase orders and goods receipts
• Investigating and resolving invoice, pricing, PO and receipting discrepancies
• Completing supplier statement reconciliations and following up discrepancies
• Responding to supplier queries and building positive supplier relationships
• Working with internal teams to resolve outstanding invoices and purchasing issues
• Maintaining accurate AP records and supporting strong financial controls
• Assisting with general Finance and administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for: We're looking for someone who doesn't just process invoices — you understand what's happening behind them.

You'll ideally bring:

• Strong experience in a high-volume AP environment
• Experience completing and resolving supplier statement reconciliations
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• The confidence to pick up the phone and resolve issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders
