Responsibilities
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and request for quotations (RFQs)
- Maintain accurate vendor databases
- Monitor stock levels, handle goods receipt and issuance, and oversee proper storage conditions
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and negotiate competitive pricing
- Conduct periodic physical stock checks and cycle counts
- Align with internal departments to meet material and supply requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering degree preferred)
- Valid UAE driving license (added advantage)
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience using Tally ERP system
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Analytical mindset for monitoring stock movement trends

Job Overview

Core Responsibilities
- Procurement Execution: Prepare and process purchase orders (POs), request for quotations (RFQs), and maintain accurate vendor databases.

- Auditing: Conduct periodic physical stock checks, cycle counts, and report any discrepancies.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Align with internal departments (finance, sales, and operations) to meet material and supply requirements.
Essential Skills
- Organization & Multitasking: Ability to track multiple shipments and purchase requests simultaneously.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in monitoring stock movement trends and reconciling inventory data.
- Negotiation & Communication: Strong relationship building skills with suppliers to secure the best value.
- Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and experience using Tally ERP system.
Additional Information
- Pay: AED 2,000.00 AED 2,500.00 per month
