- Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and prepare purchase orders
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors
- Monitor inventory levels and support project material planning
- Verify invoices, delivery notes, and purchase records
- Coordinate with project, site, and accounts teams to ensure smooth procurement operations
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and reports
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in MEP procurement within the UAE
- Good knowledge of MEP materials, suppliers, and local market rates
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
