- Prepare and issue quotations and proforma invoices to customers
- Generate sales invoices, tax invoices, credit notes, and delivery related documentation
- Send proforma invoices to clients and follow up for approvals and purchase orders
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and customer ledgers
- Prepare financial statements and monthly reports
- Maintain accounting records and documentation
- Assist with budgeting and audits
