We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented **Purchase Manager** to oversee our Food & Beverage procurement operations.
This role is vital in ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and smooth supply chain management across our hospitality departments.
Key Responsibilities
- **Purchasing:** Order food, beverage, and mini-bar products based on par levels, negotiate best prices, and maintain supplier contracts.
- **Receiving:** Inspect deliveries for quality and accuracy, verify invoices, and coordinate with accounting.
- **Storage & Issuance:** Organize storerooms, ensure FIFO rotation, and monitor requisitions.
- **Inventories:** Conduct monthly counts, maintain perpetual inventory, and reconcile costs with accounting.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and oversee contract agreements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in **Finance, Accounting, or Business** (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in Food & Beverage purchasing, storeroom, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with culinary and finance teams.
- Preferred language- Arabic and English.
