Purchase Manager role in the Procurement, Purchasing, and Quality Assurance category.

Job Summary
- Negotiate with suppliers and verify and authorize purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Advise departments on purchasing procedures and maintain current store inventory information.
Supplier and Vendor Relations
- Negotiate with selected suppliers and obtain quotations.
- Coordinate site visits with contractors and end-users for quotations.
- Maintain frequent supplier contact and current market and product information.
- Identify reliable suppliers for daily food and beverage purchasing.
- Participate in food tasting panels for food and beverage evaluation and vendor selection.
- Prepare and negotiate supplier contracts.
- Attend exhibitions and seminars to source suppliers and products.
- Negotiate supplier rebate programs.
