- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery performance
- Obtain and compare quotations from multiple vendors
- Prepare and process purchase orders
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure on time delivery
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier databases
- Resolve supplier related issues and support cost saving initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
- Experience in procurement of Lifting Equipment, Loose Lifting Gears, Fall Protection Equipment, and other safety related products highly preferred
- Knowledge of local and international suppliers for lifting and safety equipment is an advantage
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with ERP or procurement software is an advantage
- Knowledge of the UAE supplier market is preferred

Overview
