- Assist in maintaining accounting records and financial transactions
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries
- Reconcile bank statements and supplier/customer accounts
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare payment vouchers and support monthly payroll processing
- Maintain petty cash records and expense reports
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
- Support VAT documentation and financial reporting
- Maintain organized accounting files and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on finance related matters
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Accountant or in a similar accounting role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Overview
- We are seeking a detail oriented and motivated Assistant Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support day to day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
