Job Summary
Purchase Executive role based in Thane, responsible for procurement activities and timely material availability for project requirements.
The role supports civil engineering, structural repair, rehabilitation, and waterproofing projects.
Compensation
- Salary is ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with suppliers according to project and site requirements.
- Source quotations and identify suitable suppliers.
- Compare quotations, market prices, and dealer rates for cost-effective procurement.
- Negotiate vendor pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery to project sites.
- Maintain supplier relationships and identify new vendors.
- Coordinate with internal departments to align procurement with project timelines.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor details, and procurement documentation.
- Follow up on pending vendor orders and deliveries.
- Monitor inventory requirements to support uninterrupted project execution.
